May 20, 2012 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of 44 years to Carole M. (nee Spoth) Walters; dearest father of William J. Jr. (Sandi Brady) Walters, Becky (Dale) Hess and Rebecca Miller; dear grandfather of four grandchildren and one great grandson; also survived by nine brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday June 2 at 12 Noon in Queen of Martyrs Church. Flowers gratefully declined.
