Beloved husband of Barbara J. (nee Kren) Barrett; dearest father of Brandon J. and Kelsey E. Barrett; loving son of Jean M. (nee Maciag) and the late Francis J. Barrett; dear grandson of Stella (nee Kedzior) and the late Edward Schultz; brother of Timothy Barrett and Tamara (John) Mahon; also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday 6-8 PM and Saturday 1-3 and 6-8 PM (No visitation on Easter Sunday) at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where prayers will be said on Monday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Gabriel Church at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Mr. Barrett was a Clinical Laboratory Manager at Kaleida Health. Flowers gratefully declined. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
