Panachyda Thursday January 29, 2015 at 5 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) were funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 AM and from Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church at 10 AM. Interment to follow in St. Matthews Cemetery.
