Dear grandmother of Cherilyn (Patrick) Supples, Cory Bartos, Amanda Bartos and great-grandmother of Jamie and Meadow. "Second Mother" to Stephan J. Stachowski. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and from St. Lawrence Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
