In loving memory of Susan M. Flatt (nee Flens), who illuminated our lives until her departure on January 14, 2026. Susan was the cherished wife of Michael Flatt, a bond that flourished over an extraordinary 51 years, filled with joy, warmth, and shared laughter. As a devoted mother, she held her son Michael (Lisa Reinig) Flatt close to her heart, nurturing him with boundless love.

Susan was a beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Jean Flens, whose spirit continues to resonate in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy is one of kindness, compassion, and unwavering support.

We invite family and friends to gather in celebration of Susan’s remarkable life on February 2, her birthday—a day meant for remembrance and joy. Join us from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd, culminating in a heartfelt memorial service at 7 PM.

As we remember Susan, let us honor her not just for her passing but for the immeasurable warmth she shared with us all and the love that will forever remain woven into the tapestry of our lives.
