Suddenly on August 9, 2012 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved husband of Nicole M. (nee Palmer) Verostko; dearest father of Victoria; loving son of Paul and Monique (nee Henri) Verostko and son-in-law of Patricia (James) Elmore; dear grandson of Fernande Henri; brother of Sherry (Scott) Slazak; fond uncle of Michael and Sydney; also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday 5-8 PM and Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday in St. Philip the Apostle Church 950 Losson Rd. at 10 AM. (Please assemble at Church). Interment United German and French Cemetery. Stephen was a NYS Trooper with Troop A. Flowers gratefully declined.
