February 6, 2017 age 72 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Sharon J. (nee Keller) Cook; dearest father of Lisa (Robert) Frazer and Michael (Nicole) Cook; dear grandfather of Robert, Adam and Lauren Frazer and Ella Cook; son of the late Herbert and Loretta (nee Vandusen) Cook; brother of the late Robert Cook. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Thursday 3-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held Friday at 9:15 AM and from Ebenezer United Church of Christ 630 Main St., West Seneca at 10 AM.
