Ronald E. Kumro

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ronald E. Kumro, a cherished resident of Lancaster and a dedicated retired firefighter with the Buffalo Fire Department. Ron was a loving husband to his wife, Dolores (nee Gabriel) Kumro, and a devoted father to his children, Jeffrey (Sandra) Kumro, Glenn Kumro, and Gail (Mike) Konieczko.

As a grandfather, he brought immense joy to the lives of Brandin Kumro, Jacob Kumro, Morgan (Matt) Jude, Jared Kumro, Nathan Kumro, Ava Konieczko, and Michael Konieczko. Ron's legacy will continue to shine brightly through the love and memories shared with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Gertrude (nee Williams), as well as his dear siblings, David, Dennis Kumro, and his beloved sister Loretta Vanderwoude.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ron's life and the impact he made on all who knew him. The family will receive visitors at the New Comer Funeral Home, located at 5090 Transit Rd, Depew, NY, on Monday from 5-8 PM. A heartfelt Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday at 10 AM.

Let us remember Ron Kumro not only for his role as a firefighter but also for the love and kindness he shared with his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him. May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all.
