Unexpectedly on January 31, 2016 age 42 of Cheektowaga, NY. Dear husband of Mary A. (nee Mesi) Mazur; dearest father of Simon, Samuel and Mick; beloved son of Edward and Urszula (nee Pikor) Mazur; dear brother of Anna (Sam) Spinuzza and Barbara (Marcus) Hartman; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where prayers will be said on Wednesday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
