January 5, 2015; of South Wales, NY; Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Lainson) Freeman. Dearest father of Michael (Nancy) Freeman, Deborah (David) Gena, Mary (Michael) Lyons and the late Dennis Freeman. Father-in-law of Elizabeth (Joseph) Rosati. Dear grandfather of 15 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Predeceased by nine brothers and sisters. Brother-in-law of Terry (Carol) Lainson, Kenny (Linda Lou) Lainson and Amy Lainson. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 8:30 a.m. and from Immaculate Conception Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment Union Cemetery. Robert was a Navy veteran of WW II serving with the Seabees and a member of the East Aurora American Legion Post #362.
