Unexpectedly on November 20, 2019 age 51 of Depew, NY. Dearest father of Cody Penner; beloved son of Richard J. and the late Patricia A. (nee Smith) Penner; dearest brother of Mary Lou (Bill) Moreland, Christine (James) Stanley, Timothy, Jeffrey and Paul (Beth) Penner; also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his loving lab Miracle. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Saturday Nov. 23rd from 1-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd.
