Richard L. Moffett

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Richard L. Moffett on May 17, 2026, of Elma, New York. Richard was a devoted husband to Angela and a loving father to Garrett (Nayda) Moffett, Jodie (David) Walczak, and Leslie Storey. His warmth and kindness extended to his cherished grandchildren, Zander, Ashton, and Caroline Walczak, who brought him immense joy.

Richard was also a beloved brother to John (Sandy), Bob (Jan), Bill, and Cheri Moffett, and he is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial to honor Richard’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent DePaul Parish in Springbrook. Family and friends are kindly asked to gather directly at the church. Flowers are gratefully declined; however, those wishing to honor Richard’s memory may make contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Rick’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
