March 31, 2012 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Mildred J. (nee Menclewicz) Kapturowski; dearest father of late Douglas R., Susan (Howard) Nola, Jeffery (Janet) and Elizabeth (Thomas) Bajer; dear grandfather seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one late grandson Jason; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:00 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:30 AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation.
