October 9, 2012 Age 86 of Cheektowaga, NY Beloved husband of the late Virginia M. (nee Wayne) Eberle; dearest father of Linda (Mehrl) King and Susan (Stephen) Patterson; dear grandfather of Margaret, Stephanie, Melissa and Eric; son of the late Matthew and Clara (nee Miller) Eberle; brother of Donald (late Gladys) Eberle and Lois (late Edward) Wnek; dear friend of the late Gertrude Skoczylas; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) Interment St. Matthew Cemetery will be held privately. Mr. Eberle was a Navy veteran of WW II, member of the Pvt. Leonard Post VFW Post #6251 and the Seniors Couples Club. Flowers gratefully declined.
