Beloved husband of the late Antonia (nee Eastman); father of James and Linda; dear step father of late Linda (Brian) Hartman and Roberta (Martin) Firebaugh; also survived by step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. In honoring with Philip’s wishes there will be no services. Mr. D’Arcangelo was an exempt member of U-Crest Fire Department #4, a retiree of Republic Steel, and a former courtesy driver for Atwal Eye Care. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME
