Penner; dearest mother of Mary Lou (Bill) Moreland, Christine Penner (Jim Stanley), Timothy, Ricky, Jeffrey and Paul (Beth) Penner; dear grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister of David (Sharon) Smith and Leon E. (Nancy) Smith; survived by her loving lab Miracle; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Saturday July 8th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J.
