July 28, 2019 age 75 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved wife of 27 years to Donald P. Freeman; dearest mother of late Jacqueline Grace, late Denise Paris and Michael Ziolkowski; step-mother of Donald Freeman; grandmother of the late Loralie; also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter of the late Paul and Mary (nee Lewandowski) Grace; sister of the late Pauline Okon; aunt of Kathy Perry, late Debbie and the late Donna; mother in law of Barbara Keane. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Saturday August 3rd from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) where funeral services will follow at 8 PM. Patricia was a retiree of the NFTA and a member of many Quilting Clubs. www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
