December 17, 2016 age 93 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Pieri and the late Robert W. Smith; dearest mother of Robin Pieri, Annie (Daniel) Carlo and the late Charles T. (Barbara) Pieri; dear grandmother of Samanta Carlo, Joseph Carlo and great-grandmother of Alexander, Alyssa and Aaron; also survived by sisters, nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A memorial service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 1 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) Flowers gratefully declined. www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
