June 4, 2022 of Depew NY. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee Baron) Liss; devoted father of Diane (Kenneth) Benczkowski and Karen (Armand Jr.) Uomoleale; loving grandfather of Dana (Jake) Bedore, late Kelly Benczkowski, Tara Benczkowski, Brittany and Armand, III Uomoleale; loving great-grandfather of Owen and Parker Bedore; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Norbert was the Former President of the United Steelworkers Union Local 217, Retired Sub-District Director of the United Steelworkers Union in Albany, and a Decorated Korean War Veteran. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends, Thursday, June 9th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta Parish at St. James, 496 Terrace Blvd. Depew at 10 AM. Interment to follow in St. Matthew Cemetery.
