June 19, 2022 age 65 of Depew, NY. Beloved husband of 45 years to Susan (nee Pylkowski) Burdzy; dearest son of Patricia and the late Anthony Burdzy; dear brother of Lawrence (Patricia), Robert (Michelle) and Anthony “AJ” (Michelle) Burdzy; brother-in-law of Christine (William) Rumley and the late Barbara (late Thomas) Tessina; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday, June 24th from 3-7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew) where funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:15 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 10 AM. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery. Mike Burdzy was a prominent local polka band musician playing the sax, trumpet and the clarinet and a member of the FOE Aerie 2692. Flowers gratefully declined.
