December 11, 2014; of San Tan Valley, AZ; formerly of Buffalo, NY; Beloved husband of Wendy (nee Aughenbaugh) Ahearn. Dearest father of Michael, Jr. (Kelly) and Daniel (Jennifer) Ahearn. Dear grandfather of six grandchildren. Loving son of Patricia and the late Thomas Ahearn. Brother of Thomas (Janet) Ahearn, Susan Ahearn and Eileen Gould. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Michael was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps and a member of the Felton Burns VFW Post #5260.
