Ptak; dearest mother of Mary MacTarnaghan and Thomas (Janice) Ptak; grandmother of Claymore, Gavin and Amanda; sister of the late Joseph (Irene) Ropski; sister-in-law of Bronislaus (Betty) Ptak; aunt of Gary (Barbara) Ropski, Steven (Melanie) Ropski, Paul Ropski (Jim Karagianes), Janice (Gary) Draschan and Judi (Mark) Slowik. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8: 30 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9 AM. Entombment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
