June 4, 2012 age 83 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved daughter of the late Raymond A. and Frances (nee Geercken) Mahony; loving sister of Betty Mahony and the late Raymond F. (Sharon) Mahony; dear aunt of Mark, Timothy (Charlene), Daniel (Sandra) and Sean (MaryPat) Mahony; also survived by many great nieces and great nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:15 AM and from St. Martha Parish at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mary was a member and past president of St. Martha's Altar and Rosary Guild, member of the choir, member of the Insurance Women of Buffalo and a storm trooper for Travelers Insurance. Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo 225 Como Park Boulevard Cheektowaga, New York 14227
