September 4, 2015 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of the late Henry A. Popielski; dearest mother of Judith (Thomas) Grabowski; daughter of the late Albert and Frances (nee Kubik) Kicior; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Sunday 5-8 PM and Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM and from St. John Gualbert Church at 10 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Mrs. Popielski was a member of various polka clubs. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Hospice. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
