October 22, 2013 of Cheektowaga, NY; at the age of 82; Beloved wife of the late Frank "Sherky" Kolaczynski. Dearest mother of Sharon (David) Krytus, Kathy (Craig) Leto and Paul (Kim) Kolaczynski. Dear Nana of Amy (Eric) Godzich, Kyle, Ty, Brandon and Colin. Daughter of the late Raymond (late Helen) and the late Carrie Weymer. Sister of Raymond, Helen, late Jean and the late Al. Sister-in-law of Ritzy, late Charlotte and the late Henry. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:30 p.m. and from St. Gabriel Church at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. If desired, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Western New York 2805 Wehrle Drive, Suite 6, Williamsville, NY 14221
