Listen to Obituary

Larry Mousseau, cherished by many, was born in Albany to Leo and Irene Mousseau. After completing high school, he served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force for four years. His career journey eventually brought him to Buffalo, New York, where he met Ted Wilk. Their chance encounter blossomed into a deep, enduring friendship. Larry became a beloved member of the Wilk and Kolis families, including Cecilia (late Matthew) Wilk, Ken and Sandy Kubik, and Frank and Marcia Piotrowski.

Larry's warmth and kindness touched everyone around him. He found great joy in decorating the church and chapel of Our Lady Help of Christians, guided by the late Rev. Father Richard Jesionowski. Serving as a Eucharistic Minister was a role he embraced with heartfelt dedication. Larry will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing his gentle spirit.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel. All are invited to gather at the church. Following the Mass, Larry will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
