Kenneth MacGregor

Kenneth MacGregor, 40, of Lancaster, NY, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2026. He was a loving husband, devoted father, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Born in Batavia, NY, Kenny was the son of Jennifer (William Smith) Carlsen and the late Kenneth Mark (Shari) MacGregor.

A graduate of Pembroke High School and Genesee Community College, Kenny found his passion in cooking. He worked at several restaurants throughout his career and most recently at Two Smoking Guys in Elma, NY. He also enjoyed golf and spending time with the people he loved.

Kenny’s greatest joy was his family. He leaves behind his wife, Kelly Fatta, and his two children, Isabella MacGregor, and Mackenzie MacGregor.

His daughters held a special place in his heart. He lovingly called Kenzi “Roo” and some of their most special moments were spent together in the kitchen, cooking side by side. He loved sharing his passion for food with her, creating memories filled with laughter, learning, and love.

Bella was his “Bellarito,” and the two shared a love of golf. Whether they were out on the course or simply spending time together, those moments with his daughter meant the world to him.

Kenny was an honorary member of the Bills Mafia, and cheering on his team was something he truly loved. Sundays were made for football, and win or lose, he enjoyed being a fan! His passion for the team was just another part of what made him who he was.

He is survived by his grandmothers, Grace Carlsen and Barbara MacGregor; his brothers, Joshua MacGregor, Brandin (Julia) MacGregor, and Douglas (KC) Carlsen, stepson Joshua Fatta and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Mark MacGregor and his grandfathers, Bob Carlsen and Ken MacGregor.

Family and friends may be received on Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of Celebration of Life at 4:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals-5090 Transit Road Depew, NY 14043. 

Kenny’s memory will live on through the love he shared, the meals he created, the golf games he enjoyed, the Bills games he cheered for, and the countless memories he made with his family.
