May 9, 2012 age 86 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved wife of the late Walter Nowak; dearest mother of Joanne (David) Ziccarelli, Lawrence (Claudia) Nowak, Ronald (Kimberly) Nowak and Laurie Dahm; dear grandmother of Alexander Nowak, Sharon (Andrew) Stutzman, Joseph Dahm, Andrew Nowak and Matthew Nowak; sister of Tessie Nowak, Virginia Szymanski, Raymond Lewandowski and Marian Krieger; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 8:45 AM and from St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Mrs. Nowak was a member of the St. John the Evangelist 50+ Club in Naples, Florida.
