Beloved husband of the late Sophie (nee Urbanczyk) Greenauer; dearest father of Robert Greenauer and Sharon (Jack) Enser; dear grandfather of Joshua, Lisa (Thomas), Laurie (Derek), Sara, LeeAnn and great-grandfather of Jesse, Maddy, Peyton and Jackson; brother of Edward (late Margaret), late Karl (late Ruth) and the late Leo (late Donna) Greenauer; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 8:30 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Mr. Greenauer was an Army veteran of WW II, member of VFW Pvt. Leonard Post #6251, D.A.V. and the Cheektowaga Town Park Homeowners Association.
