August 25, 2014 of Lancaster, NY Beloved husband of the late Lorraine T. (nee Kudla) Kociemski. Dearest brother of Eugene (Josephine) Kociemski and Marcia (Leonard) Szczygielski. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Road) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 8:30 a.m. and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. John was an Army veteran of the Korean War, member of the American Legion Adam Plewacki Post #799, member and volunteer of the Knights of Columbus Fr.
