Jr. (Kathleen) Forsyth; dear grandmother of Brannon, Shannon, Ryan, Samantha, David III, Ian and the late Nicholas; great grandmother of Madison; sister of Dolores (Frank) Noble, late Vincent (Rose) Dibble and the late twin James Dibble; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd.
