July 6, 2013 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved wife of the late Edwin F. Pilat; dearest mother of Jill (Robert) Chudy and Scott (Patti) Pilat; dear grandmother of Cody, Jonathan, Sierra, Jerico and Kennedy. Also survived by her "girls" Priscilla and Misty. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (South of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and from St. Martha Parish at 9:30 a.m. Jacklynn was a retired Registered Nurse and an Alumni of E.J. Meyer Class of 1958, member of Morning Glorys, Red Hats, Cousins Lunch Bunch and Nurses Lunch Group. Flowers gratefully declined.
