Beloved husband of 40 years to Dawn (nee Dillemuth); dearest father of Robin (Stephen) Turner and Scott (Becky) Knaus; dear grandfather of Austin, Courtney, Emma and Jaydon; son of the late Alice (nee Weston) and Benjamin Knaus; brother of Robert (Marilyn), late Harold Sr. (Vickie), late Richard “Buddy” and Joan (Paul) Maul; brother-in-law of Lynne (Walt) Penn and Kurt (Tracey) Dillemuth; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM. Interment Buffalo Cemetery. www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
