Hilda A. Raymer

Hilda Ann Raymer, 70, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Born on November 17, 1955, Hilda was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She spent her life bringing warmth and love to those around her, leaving behind a legacy of family devotion that will be cherished forever. She loved crocheting and her memory will live on forever in those afghans that are all over the country.

Hilda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Darrell Raymer; her mother, Iola May Shattuck; and her brother, Roy Shattuck.

Her memory will live on through her family. She is survived by her four children, Patrick Hankinson, Lisa (Michael) Schwenk, Charles Rose, and Eric (Abigail) Rose; her seven grandchildren, Jessica (Kyle) Cline, Kayla Hankinson, Trystan Hankinson, Ethan Bronschidle, Madison Hankinson, Giada Hankinson, and Linus Rose; and her two precious great-grandchildren, Rylee-Ann Jean Cline and Abbey Mae Cline. She also leaves behind her brothers, Gary (Gail) Shattuck and Oliver (Butch) Shattuck, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

At Hilda’s request there will be no services and instead she wants you to celebrate in a way that you feel honors her memory.
