George E. Reamsnyder

On September 25, 2025, we said goodbye to a remarkable man, George E. Reamsnyder, who passed away, of Lancaster, NY. George was a beloved husband to the late Marilyn (nee McFarland), whose love and partnership brought joy to each day of his life.

He was a devoted father, leaving behind his cherished children, George (Kim), Diana (Abe Sallaj), and David (Lori) Reamsnyder. George’s heart swelled with pride for his extensive family, encompassing loving grandchildren Natalie, Victoria, Shelby, Douglas, Jordan, Samantha, Joseph, David Jr., Courtney, Mara, and William, along with 11 great-grandchildren who brought immeasurable joy to his life.

A brother fondly remembered, George is survived by his siblings James (Debbie), William, and the late Austin and Darryl Reamsnyder. He leaves behind not only a legacy of love and family but also the countless memories created with his nieces and nephews.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating George’s life on Thursday, October 2, from 10 AM to 12:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY. A heartfelt Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 PM, and George will be laid to rest at the WNY National Cemetery.
