Gary Zakrzewski

Gary Zakrzewski, of Depew, NY, passed away on September 12, 2026. He leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted wife Nancy (nee Green), and his children Amy (Thomas) Tulowiecki, Amanda Zakrzewski, and Adam (Laurie) Zakrzewski. Gary was a cherished Pa to Tyler, William, and Leah.

As a dear brother to Sharon (Ron) Czapla and Cynthia Zakrzewski, and brother-in-law to Thomas Green, Donna (John) Nawojski, Joanne (John Banach) Green, and Susan (Jeff) Wenk, Gary's warmth extended throughout his family. He is fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Gary dedicated many years to his career as a Radiology Technician at the VA WNY Healthcare and as a clinical instructor at Trocaire College. Beyond his professional achievements, he was an avid hiker, cyclist, golfer, and had a deep passion for photography. Above all, his family was his greatest pride and joy.

A Visitation will be held on September 18th from 3:00 to 6:30 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in Depew, NY, followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:30 PM.  Flowers gratefully declined.
