November 10, 2016 age 89 of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of 65 years to Dorothy (nee Popek) Holakowski; dearest father of Suzanne Booth, Marcia (Paul) Kayle and Nancy (Timothy) Shaw; dear grandfather of Jeffrey Booth and Patrick Booth; great grandfather of Jayden; brother of late Arthur (late Helen) and the late Stanley (Mary) Holakowski; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to assemble for a committal service on Saturday November 12th at St. Adalbert Cemetery (Chapel) 6200 Broadway, Lancaster at 11:30 AM. Fred was an Army Veteran of WW II and a member of Kantys Social Club. Arrangements by MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
