October 14, 2016; of Cheektowaga, NY; at the age of 86; Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Chadwick. Dearest mother of Michael A. (Mary Christiano) Chadwick, Christine E. (George) Thomas, the late Edward J. (late Kathleen) Chadwick and the late Lawrence G. (Geraldine) Chadwick. Dear grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. and from Our Lady of Czestochowa Church at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sliwinskifuneralhome.com
