November 8, 2012 age 96 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved husband of the late Jane T. (nee Zajac) Kuczmarski; dearest father of Mary Jane (David) Levett and Edward J. Jr. (Janice) Kuczmarski; dear grandfather of Philip, Melissa, Andrew, Brandon and great grandfather of Zachary, Marissa and Caleb; predeceased by brothers and sisters Anthony, Michael, Helen Czekalski, Joseph, Andrew, Victoria and Leo MD; brother-in-law of Edward (Stella) Zajac; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:45 AM and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:30 AM. Entombment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Mr. Kuczmarski was an Army veteran of WW II and a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
