Donald W. Liebler

Sadly, Donald W Liebler from Buffalo passed away August 11, 2026 under hospice care after a long battle with respiratory issues. A veteran, Don served in the Army and spent time in Germany. He will be missed by his large family and friends as well. A loving son of the late Donald Sr. and Nancy Liebler (Pierce), Don leaves behind eight brothers and sisters. Lynn Slivka (John), Cathie Lotempio (Dennis), Wende Sharma (Paul), Donna Liebler, Marshall Liebler (Sandra), Nancy Reinig, Thomas Liebler (Alexandra) and Tracy Wood. Don is also survived by twenty nephews and nieces. Don was predeceased by his longtime partner Dawn Radecki, who he missed very much. 

Don had a successful painting contractor business and loved spending time on the family's land in Cuba, NY. Don was a good athlete, enjoying hockey and basketball. He was proud of his hole in one which his brothers still don't have. Fishing was another interest of Don's. Faith and prayer were a big part of Don's life as he got older and he was at peace with his destiny and belief that he was off to a better place. 

While no visitation or services will be held at this time, Don's family invites all to remember him fondly and celebrate his memory by spending quality time or sending flowers to someone in your life.
