Diane M. Scher

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diane M. Scher (née Skorupa) on June 10, 2025, in Lancaster, NY. Diane was the beloved wife of the late Jeffrey Scher, and her warmth touched the lives of all who knew her.

A devoted mother, Diane cherished her role with love and pride. She is survived by her loving daughter Cheryl (Michael Sluberski) Cramer, and she will forever be remembered by her precious grandson, Colton Sluberski. Diane also mourns the loss of her dear son, Randall Cramer, whose memory she carried in her heart.

Diane's strength was reflected in her close bond with her family, including her brother Ronald (Dora) Skorupa, as well as the late Robert (Beverly) Skorupa. She leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience, also surviving her is Clayton Cramer.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Diane’s remarkable life on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM, leading to her final resting place at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Diane’s family encourages kindness and the sharing of cherished memories in her honor. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
