March 25, 2012 of Lockport, NY Beloved wife of 49 years to Henry J. Kolacz, Jr. Dearest mother of David (Michelle), Darryl (Tammy) and Derek (Jennifer Fraboni) Kolacz. Dear grandmother of eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 4-9 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Road) where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. and from St. John Gualbert Church at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to Niagara Hospice House 4675 Sunset Drive Lockport, NY 14094.
