October 27, 2014 of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Grzybowski) Kolek. Dearest father of Carl L., Jr. (Catherine) Kolek, USAF, Tim and Todd (Wendy) Conlin. Dear grandfather of six grandchildren. Brother of Maria (Tom) Borawski. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
