March 23, 2012 of Cheektowaga, NY Beloved wife of the late Eugene J. "Pat" Adamczak. Dearest mother of Thomas (Virginia) Adamczak and Susan (Ted) Reisker. Dear grandmother of Jill and Emily Adamczak, Ethan and Leah Reisker. Sister of Irene Basczynski and predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday 3-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and from Queen of Martyrs Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Matthew Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
