"Always remember we love you, although you could not stay, you'll always remain in our hearts. Until we meet again."
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Bernard Pruchniewski, a cherished resident of Depew, New York. Bernard's time with us was marked by love, family, and an enduring spirit that will forever resonate in our hearts.
Bernard was a devoted husband to Sandi (née Matuszewski), whose partnership was a testament to the beauty of true companionship. He was a loving father to Lisa (Kelly) Pruchniewski and step father to Bryan (Hannah Lasher) Koronowski, as well as to Sheryl McIntosh. He now joins his step son, Alan Koronowski, who preceded him in death. Bernard took great joy in being a grandfather to the delightful Alyssa and Erin Koronowski, whose lives he profoundly influenced with his kindness and wisdom.
He shared a special bond with his siblings, Christine Treat and Barbara Stablewski, and is remembered fondly alongside two sisters, Rita Baron and Sharon Pruchniewski, who have passed before him. His legacy lives on through countless nieces and nephews, each carrying a piece of his spirit within them.
Although there will be no prior visitation, private services have been held to honor Bernard's life. We invite all who wish to extend their condolences to share their thoughts and memories below.
Bernard was Vice President of F.P. Pla Tool and Manufacturing Co. and ran the business with his partner Robert Dewey for 37 years. They also ran BBC Casket Co. for 10 years supplying funeral directors with caskets in the New York State area.
In our hearts, Bernard will always remain.
