With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Bernard E. Bauman Jr. on December 21, 2025, in the serene setting of Williamsville, NY. He was a devoted husband to Michele (nee Mangan), whose love was a guiding light throughout their beautiful journey together.
Bernard, a cherished father, leaves behind a legacy of warmth and devotion in his beloved children: Brooke, Jeffrey, John (Cathleen Streicher), Michele (Russell Cameron), Sherri Ann (Donald Green), and George. Each of them carries a piece of his spirit, a reminder of the love and laughter he so freely shared.
As a grandfather, he embraced the joy of family through the eyes of his beloved grandchildren: Dylan Bonser, Taylor Bonser, Irelyn Ann Cameron, and Rowan Cameron. His playful spirit and kind heart will surely be remembered in their smiles and stories.
Bernard was a cherished brother to Lea (Gene) Gammiero, David (Midge) Ogi, and the late Stephen Ogi. He held a special place in the hearts of his sister-in-law, Renetta Rolling, and his late brothers-in laws Jerry and George Mangan. The bonds of family were sacred to him, enriched by the laughter and support of many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to gather in celebration of Bernard's life on Saturday, December 27th, from 2 PM to 7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY 14043. A heartfelt prayer service will take place at 4:30 PM, offering a moment for reflection and remembrance.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times, an endeavor close to Bernard’s heart.
Together, let us honor and celebrate the remarkable life of Bernard E. Bauman Jr., whose memory will forever grace our hearts.
