Barbara A. Kowalski

Barbara A. Kowalski, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, entered into rest on May 29, 2025, at 7:38 PM. She was the cherished wife of James L. Kowalski and a loving mother to Eric Thomsen Jr. (Shelly). Barbara took great joy in her role as a grandmother to Marissa Thomsen, Ariana Thomsen, and Brookelle Ashton, and she held a special place in her heart for her great-grandchildren Jace, Logan, Elliana, and Maverick.

Born to the late Eddie and Mabel Lynch, Barbara was a dear sister to Patricia Rozler (Wayne) and Jack Lynch, and was predeceased by her sister Joanne Kamholz (late James). She is also remembered fondly by her nieces and nephews, who held her in deep affection.

Relatives and friends may gather at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY 14043 on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 from 2:00-3:00PM, where a Memorial Service will follow at 3:00PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Hospice Buffalo or the Erie County SPCA. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
