September 16, 1910 - November 7, 2013 of Amherst, NY. Beloved wife of the late Wolodymyr Pasieka, M.D.; dearest mother of Aleksandra, M.D. (Theodore P., M.D.) Prawak; dearest grandmother of Oksana Prawak M.D., Adriana M.D. (Nicholas) Tymchenko, Roman M.D. (Ika) Prawak and Myron M.D. (Larissa) Prawak ; also survived by great grandchildren and family in Ukraine. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday from 6-8:30 PM with Panachyda at 7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:15 AM and from St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10 AM.
