September 11, 2013 of Depew, NY Beloved husband of 60 years to Genevieve (nee Hartman) Wityk; dearest father of Kathryn (Joseph) Seweryniak, Andrew J. (Theresa) Wityk, Michele Marsh and Suzanne (James) Shifley; dear grandfather of seven grandchildren and one great grandson; brother of Kathryn (late Louis) Hansen and predeceased by other brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Sunday September 15th from 3-7 PM concluding with Panachyda at 7 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 5090 Transit Road (south of Como Park Blvd.) Funeral Services will be held on Monday September 16th in St. Mary's Orthodox Church 940 Losson Rd. Cheektowaga at 9:30 AM (Please assemble at church) Interment to follow in Elmlawn Cemetery. Mr. Wityk was a veteran of WW II and the owner for over 50 years of Antrac Construction Company. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church.
