February 20, 2017; of Cheektowaga, NY; Beloved wife of 59 years to Felix R. Banasiak. Dearest mother of Deborah (John, Jr.) Pasco, Phillip (Kelly) Banasiak and Dawn (James B.) Kuwik. Dear grandmother of Christopher Mathien, John Pasco, III, Lisamarie Pasco, Stacy (Michael) Skalicky, Melinda (Hoa) Tran, Trevor Pasco and great-grandmother of Elianna and Emma. Sister of Florence (late Daniel) Ruszaj and the late Conrad Nowak and the late Dorothy Petko. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Friday at 8:45 a.m. and from St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church at 9:30 a.m. Alice was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Pvt. Leonard J. Post, Jr. Post #6251 and the Cheektowaga Patriotic Commission. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.
